Job Description

Category Schools - Audiologist Job Type Contract A full-time audiology position is available for an itinerant professional supporting schools in the Riverside area. This contract role offers a structured 37.5-hour workweek, consisting of eight-hour days with a 30-minute lunch break. The position has an immediate start and runs through the end of the current school year, concluding in the second week of June.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive audiological assessments and screenings for students Develop and implement individualized hearing care plans in collaboration with educational staff Provide counseling and recommendations to students, parents, and school personnel regarding hearing health and accommodations Maintain detailed records and documentation in compliance with educational and healthcare regulations Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support student needs
Desired Qualifications:
Licensed Audiologist with current credentials to practice in California Experience working in educational settings preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to manage an itinerant schedule effectively across multiple school sites Familiarity with assistive hearing devices and intervention strategies

Position serves schools in the Riverside area with travel required between sites. This role is ideal for an audiologist seeking hands-on experience in school-based care within a supportive contract setting.
