Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation: $80,000 - $120,000+ annually Compensation based on experience, leadership ability, and clinical expertise Strong earning potential for high performers $10,000 Sign-On Bonus $10,000 Student Loan Reimbursement Full healthcare benefits Dental and vision insurance 401(k) with company matching Paid time off Continuing education support License reimbursement Professional development assistance Employee discounts Strong physician referral network Collaborative and supportive leadership team Responsibilities The Audiologist will provide comprehensive audiologic care while helping elevate the patient experience and clinical excellence of the practice, including: Comprehensive diagnostic evaluations for adult and pediatric patients Hearing aid evaluations, fittings, verification, and follow-up care Counseling patients and families on hearing loss and treatment options Tinnitus management (if applicable) Collaboration with ENT physicians and healthcare providers Clinical documentation and patient care coordination Maintaining the highest standards of patient satisfaction and clinical quality Vestibular experience is a plus, but not required. Qualifications We are seeking someone who is: Clinically excellent Compassionate and patient-focused A strong communicator and relationship builder Motivated to grow within a private practice setting Passionate about delivering exceptional hearing healthcare Requirements Au.

D. or Master's degree in Audiology Active Hawaii Audiology license (or ability to obtain) Private practice experience preferred, though exceptional candidates from all backgrounds will be considered Why Kailua?
