This position offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive, evidence-based care within a well-established organization serving patients across Iowa and Illinois. This position is unique, as services will be provided in both in-person and telehealth settings. Position Overview The right candidate will have experience delivering a full range of audiologic services, including diagnostic evaluations, hearing aid dispensing, tinnitus management (including Lenire), cerumen management, and ongoing patient care. This role may include travel between clinic locations on a pre-determined schedule to support patient access across our service areas. A diagnostic-only, part-time position may be considered for the right candidate. About the Practice Hearing Doctors of the Heartland is a multi-location audiology practice headquartered in Ankeny, Iowa. Our clinics are located in Ankeny and Fort Dodge, Iowa, as well as Quincy, Macomb, and Galesburg, Illinois. We are committed to delivering evidence-based audiologic care and currently serve a large and growing patient population, including an expanding base of pediatric and ENT-referred patients. Our model supports both clinical autonomy and collaboration within a cohesive, team-oriented environment. Qualifications Doctorate (Au.
D.) or Master's degree in Audiology Current licensure (or eligibility) in Iowa and Illinois required Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in diagnostics and amplification (preferred) Demonstrated ability to practice independently while contributing to a team environment Commitment to high-quality patient care and professional standards Compensation and Benefits Competitive base salary, commensurate with experience Performance-based incentive opportunities Comprehensive benefits package Flexible scheduling options, including full-time or part-time arrangements Professional Environment Our practice values clinical excellence, integrity, and collaboration.
