This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by improving patients' quality of life through exceptional hearing and balance care. The ideal candidate is dedicated to delivering high-quality clinical services, building strong relationships with patients, and contributing to a collaborative, supportive care environment. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive diagnostic audiological evaluations, including hearing, balance, and related assessments Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs, preferences, and best practices Fit, program, and maintain hearing aids and assistive listening devices Counsel patients and families with empathy, clarity, and encouragement regarding hearing health and rehabilitation options Deliver vestibular assessment and management services, as applicable Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards Collaborate with physicians, speech-language pathologists, and other healthcare professionals to support coordinated patient care Educate patients on hearing conservation, prevention strategies, and ongoing care Stay current with advancements in audiology through continuing education and professional development Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive clinic culture Qualifications Doctorate in Audiology (Au.

D.) from an accredited program Current state licensure in Audiology (or eligibility to obtain) Strong clinical knowledge of diagnostic and rehabilitative audiology services Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A patient-first mindset with a compassionate and encouraging approach Preferred Attributes Experience in an outpatient or clinical practice setting Familiarity with hearing aid technologies and fitting software Ability to build trust and rapport quickly with diverse patient populations Strong organizational skills and attention to detail A proactive, team-oriented attitude Work Environment This position is based in a welcoming outpatient practice where teamwork, respect, and patient satisfaction are at the heart of everything we do.
