About the
Opportunity:
We are seeking licensed Audiologists to join our team in providing high-quality exams to our National Guard Service Members. The Audiologist is responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with hearing, balance, and related ear problems. This role involves conducting hearing evaluations, providing auditory rehabilitation, and educating patients on hearing health. The Audiologist works collaboratively with designated military service members and the Compass team.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive diagnostic audiologic evaluations for patients of all ages. Interpret test results and provide detailed counseling on findings and treatment options. Perform balance and vestibular assessments when indicated. Provide aural rehabilitation and hearing conservation services. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with HIPAA and clinic policies. Educate Service Member on hearing health, device maintenance. Stay current on advances in audiology technology, research, and best practices through continuing educatio
Qualifications:
Doctor of Audiology (Au.

D.) degree required. Current state licensure (or eligibility) to practice audiology. Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A) from ASHA preferred. Prior clinical experience in diagnostic audiology and hearing aid fitting preferred (new graduates considered). Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and counseling skills. Proficiency with audiology equipment and electronic medical records (EMR). Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care. Military experience, preferred.
Working Conditions:
Exams and procedures may take place at local offices, mobile clinics, armories or other designated military facilities. May require occasional travel to outreach or satellite clinic locations. Normal working hours with occasional evening or weekend appointments as needed.
