Job Description

Job Summary Overview We are seeking a dedicated, energetic and knowledgeable team player of an Audiologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in audiology, with the ability to assess and treat hearing and balance disorders in patients of all ages. This role requires excellent communication skills, a collaborative spirit, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As an Audiologist, you will work closely with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Duties Conduct thorough audiological assessments to evaluate hearing and balance disorders. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations. Provide fitting and adjustment of hearing aids and other assistive listening devices. Educate patients and their families about hearing health, treatment options, and rehabilitation strategies. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including otolaryngologists, to ensure integrated patient care. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with medical standards. Stay updated on advancements in audiology practices and technologies. Provide customer service by addressing patient inquiries and concerns effectively. Experience A Doctorate in Audiology (Au.

D.) or equivalent degree is required. Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred, especially in pediatrics or otolaryngology. Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to audiology and anatomy. Excellent organizational skills to manage patient records and appointments efficiently. Ability to communicate complex information clearly to patients and their families. Experience in collaboration sales is an asset for promoting audiological services.
