Job Description
Join a practice that blends clinical excellence with innovation. Worth Hearing Center is a well-established, independent audiology practice serving the Albuquerque, NM community. Known for following Best Practices and delivering top-tier patient care, the team is growing and currently looking for a patient-focused Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist (HIS) to join their collaborative and forward-thinking environment. This is not your typical hearing care office - Worth Hearing Center invests heavily in ongoing education for both patients and providers. From their dedicated in-house classroom where they host workshops like Hearing Aid 101, Bluetooth Basics, and Hearing in Background Noise , to their commitment to aural rehabilitation and Real Ear Measurements, this team goes above and beyond to serve the community.

Position Overview:
Whether you're an Audiologist or licensed HIS, you'll play a key role in delivering personalized care, advanced diagnostics, and education that empowers patients to take control of their hearing health. The practice primarily serves adults, with some pediatric patients as well. CI and vestibular experience are a plus, but not a deal-breaker. They're open to playing to your strengths and shaping the role accordingly.Key Responsibilities:
Conduct diagnostic hearing evaluations for adults and some pediatric patients Fit and program hearing aids using Real Ear Measurement and Speech Mapping Provide tinnitus evaluations and management Deliver aural rehabilitation therapy Participate in or lead educational classes for patients in the onsite learning cente r If applicable: Provide cochlear implant services and/or vestibular evaluationsRequirements:
Audiologists:
Au.D. or Master's in
Audiology Hearing Instrument Specialists:
Current HIS license in NM or ability to obtain Strong patient care focus with excellent interpersonal skills Ability to work efficiently in a collaborative, high-volume settingBenefits:
