Job Description

This well-established and growing hearing healthcare organization is seeking an Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist for a full-time opportunity in Henderson, NV. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who enjoys patient interaction, hearing aid sales, and working in a supportive private practice environment with autonomy and strong earning potential. The organization is looking for a motivated, patient-focused professional who can provide exceptional hearing healthcare while building long-term relationships within the community.
Position Highlights:
Full-time Monday-Friday schedule Primarily adult patient population Focus on routine diagnostics, hearing aid sales, fittings, and follow-up care Supported by an on-site Patient Care Coordinator Primarily a solo-provider office with occasional collaboration at nearby busy locations Opportunity for additional consulting responsibilities with affiliated audiology clinics for providers seeking variety Established patient flow and strong community presence
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations and tests. Take ear mold impressions when required. Fit, program, and adjust hearing aids; provide auditory rehabilitation. Educate patients and their families on hearing health and device care. Meet reasonable sales and performance goals. Participate in community outreach initiatives.
