Collaborate with otolaryngologists and other healthcare professionals to develop integrated treatment plans. Manage travel schedules efficiently to visit multiple clinics or community sites, ensuring timely service delivery. Maintain detailed patient records using Microsoft Office tools such as Word and Excel and other industry specific software, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Educate patients and their families on hearing health, device usage, and maintenance while delivering exceptional customer service. D., from an accredited program; NY Hearing Aid Dispenser License; licensure or certification as required by local regulations. Proven experience in geriatric audiology and familiarity with otolaryngology terminology. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple appointments and travel logistics effectively. In-depth knowledge of physiology, anatomy related to hearing and balance systems, and diagnostic evaluation methods. Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and other industry specific software (e.g. NOAH) for documentation and reporting purposes. Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect empathetically with patients of all ages. Leadership qualities with experience supervising or mentoring clinical staff or students. Customer service orientation combined with sales skills to promote hearing solutions confidently.
