Job Description

Advanced Audiology of NY is a privately owned, patient-centered audiology practice serving Westchester, Rockland, and Orange Counties. We are currently seeking a full-time Clinical Audiologist to join our growing team at our Nanuet, New York location. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated clinician who wants to work in a modern practice with strong patient volume, advanced technology, and a supportive leadership team. Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:
$70,000-$80,000
Total Compensation Potential:
$120,000-$140,000+ Health Benefits Stipend 3 Weeks Paid Time Off 6 Paid Company Holidays Performance-Based Annual Bonus Licensing and ASHA Dues Reimbursement $1,000 Annual Continuing Education Stipend Relocation Assistance Available What You'll Do As a Clinical Audiologist at our Nanuet office, you will provide comprehensive diagnostic and rehabilitative hearing care in a high-quality clinical environment.
Your responsibilities include:
Performing comprehensive diagnostic audiologic evaluations for pediatric and adult patients, with primary focus on adult care. Conducting hearing aid evaluations, fittings, verifications, and follow-up appointments using evidence-based best practices. Performing Real Ear Measurements and advanced hearing aid programming to optimize patient outcomes. Evaluating and managing tinnitus patients using current clinical protocols. Fitting and supporting daily wear and extended wear hearing devices (training provided if needed). Providing patient education and counseling to support long-term hearing health and communication success. Maintaining accurate and timely electronic medical records and clinical documentation. Collaborating with front office and patient care coordinators to ensure smooth daily operations. Participating in community outreach initiatives including health fairs, senior events, educational workshops, and professional networking events. Staying current with emerging hearing technology through continuing education and manufacturer training. Maintaining HIPAA compliance and upholding patient confidentiality standards. Who We're Looking For We are seeking a clinician who is patient-focused, detail-oriented, and excited to grow with our expanding practice.
Ideal candidates will have:
Doctorate or Master's Degree in Audiology. Active New York State Audiology license. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent clinical and organizational abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced private practice environment. Experience with Lyric extended wear devices is a plus (training available).
