Otolaryngologist (ENT) -Full-Time, Permanent Location:
Northeast Oregon Start Date:
Flexible Position Details- Join an established ENT team with 2 full-time physicians and 2 allergy nurses
- Bread and butter ENT with professional autonomy
- 4-day workweek schedule
- Average 20 patients/day (more if desired)
- Weekly block OR time
- Full-time medical scribes available
Equipment:
Microscopes, videostroboscopy, Olympus towers, distal chip fiber optic scopes, in-office audiology- Epic EMR Compensation & Benefits
- Total compensation package: $600K+
- Quality incentives up to $100K
- RVU bonus based on annual threshold
- $50K commencement bonus
- $8,000 annually for CME, licensing, dues, subscriptions
