Duties include:

Connecting Through Assessments:

Initiate a bond by understanding each patient's unique hearing journey. Comprehensive assessments give insights into their personal experiences, needs, and aspirations.

Providing Solutions:

Provide the best level of hearing healthcare through knowledge of technology and use of probe microphone measurements. Providing support and instruction as patients learn and adapt to technology.

Ongoing Support:

Build trust and demonstrate you care by being available for check-ups, reprogramming, or even a chat. Whether it's a tune-up for their device or easing their concerns, you're their go-to person.
