Job Description

Ahlberg Audiology has served the Cleveland, Tennessee community for over 25 years and is the only audiology practice in the county. With a strong reputation and consistent patient demand, they continue to grow while staying rooted in what matters most-providing personalized, patient-centered care. The practice offers a full scope of services, including diagnostic evaluations, hearing aid dispensing, tinnitus management, implantable devices (Cochlear, Advanced Bionics, MED-EL), and veteran-focused care such as C&P exams.

Position Overview:
Ahlberg Audiology is seeking an Audiologist to join their growing, well-established practice. This is an opportunity to step into a busy clinic with consistent patient volume, a supportive team environment, and the ability to make an immediate impact. The practice is open to audiologists at any stage of their career, from recent graduates to experienced providers. The ideal candidate is adaptable, patient-focused, and interested in engaging with the local community. Located in Cleveland and Athens, Tennessee, this opportunity offers a welcoming, close-knit community with a lower cost of living, an ideal environment for someone looking to build both a career and a life.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations and diagnostic testing for primarily adult patients Provide hearing aid evaluations, fittings, and follow-up care Deliver tinnitus assessment and management services Work with implantable hearing solutions, including Cochlear, Advanced Bionics, and MED-EL systems Perform and support veteran examinations Educate patients and families on hearing health and treatment options
Requirements:
Doctor of Audiology (Au.

D.) degree from an accredited program Eligible for or holding an active Tennessee audiology license Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, growing practice environment Flexibility to provide coverage between the Cleveland and Athens, TN, locations as needed (approximately 25 miles apart)
Benefits:
