Otolaryngology (ENT) Job Summary We are seeking a full-time Audiologist to lead and expand a hearing center within a well-established four-provider ENT clinic. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, patient-focused, and fast-paced clinical environment while contributing to the growth of hearing services. New graduates are welcome to apply. Key Responsibilities Diagnostic Services (75%) Perform daily hearing evaluations ("audios") Conduct diagnostic testing for scheduled and walk-in patients Provide pre-operative and post-operative evaluations Evaluate tinnitus and vertigo patients (no vestibular testing required) Deliver audiology services for pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations Hearing Aid Services (25%) Conduct hearing aid consultations and device selection Perform hearing aid fittings and programming Provide follow-up care, maintenance, and troubleshooting Manage scheduled hearing aid appointments Counsel patients on hearing aid use and care Additional Services Cochlear implant evaluations and mapping Aural rehabilitation Balance testing (as needed) Patient Volume 15-20 patients per day Education, Licensure, and Experience Doctorate in Audiology (AuD) preferred Master's or Doctoral degree in Audiology considered (if eligible for licensure) Must have or be able to obtain Texas Audiologist licensure ENT or hearing aid experience preferred but not required Benefits Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) Paid Time Off (PTO) & Vacation CME Allowance Licensure Reimbursement Sign-on bonus available Relocation assistance available For more information, please contact:
