Job Description
We have an excellent opportunity to give back to America's heroes and help them receive their well-deserved VA benefits. This position is providing quality compensation and pension examinations to Veterans seeking benefits for service-connected health issues. Clinical findings from the examinations are delivered to the Government to facilitate timely disability award determinations in Denton, TX. Below are a few details/requirements about the position: Mon-Fri; 8am - 4pm Full-time 6/PPD $450 - $500/day Master or Doctorate degree from a program accredited by CAA or ACAE Current State License; Previous VA or compensation exam experience is a plus, but not required. Exams are a comprehensive audio exam for assessing hearing loss or tinnitus Common testing includes Pure Tone Air and Bone, tympanometry, acoustic reflex testing and speech recognition All equipment necessary to perform duties will be available on-site with custom soundproof booths
