Audiologist (Pediatric & Adult)- Make an Impact Beyond the Booth Help Grow a Program Where Your Ideas & Impact Matter Are you an experienced Audiologist looking for more than just your next job? Davies Institute for Speech & Hearing is looking for a compassionate, motivated Audiologist who is excited to provide exceptional care to pediatric and adult patients while helping us continue to grow. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, creating awareness, and becoming a trusted resource for patients, families, and the community. We're not looking for someone to simply fill a schedule — we're looking for someone who wants to help build something. Are an experienced Audiologist who wants ownership, not just another clinical position Are a self-starter who enjoys creating opportunities and building relationships Have ideas and want a place where you can bring them to life Are comfortable working independently while collaborating with a supportive team Enjoy connecting with physicians, families, referral partners, and the community Understand that growing a practice means helping more people access life-changing care Want a long-term career home where you can grow with the organization What You'll Do Provide comprehensive diagnostic audiological care for pediatric and adult patients Fit, program, and manage hearing aids and assistive listening technology Support cochlear implant and BAHA patients Educate and guide patients and families throughout their hearing journey Collaborate with speech therapists, occupational therapists, educators, and families Participate in community outreach, physician relationships, educational events, and marketing initiatives What We're Looking For Au.
