Job Description

Category Therapy - Hospital - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a dynamic healthcare setting providing essential therapy and audiology services. This contract role focuses on supporting patients within a hospital environment as part of a collaborative Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT)/Audiology team.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
What You Bring:
Doctoral degree in audiology (Au.

D.) required Strong clinical skills in audiological diagnostic testing and therapy Experience working in hospital or clinical settings, preferably within ENT departments Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities for patient interaction and family education Knowledge of current therapies, assessments, and rehabilitation methods for hearing and speech disorders Detail-oriented approach with accurate record-keeping and documentation skills Ability to work well in a multidisciplinary team environment
Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive audiological evaluations and diagnostics Deliver speech-language therapy and rehabilitation programs according to patient needs Collaborate with ENT specialists and other medical staff to provide integrated patient care Fit and manage hearing aids and assistive listening devices Develop individualized therapy plans for patients with speech, language, or hearing impairments Educate patients and families on hearing loss, therapy options, and rehabilitation processes Maintain accurate electronic health records and ensure compliance with facility guidelines
