ob descriptionWe are seeking a full-time Audiologist to join our mission-driven team in Fredericksburg, VA. This is an assessment-only roleno treatment, diagnosis, or follow-ups required. You will conduct in-person disability evaluations to support Veterans in receiving their well-deserved VA benefits.

Schedule:

Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00

PMHours:

4-day workweek, 10-hour shifts

Caseload:

6 to 7 Veterans per day

Job Type:

Responsibilities:

Perform non-invasive, in-person hearing assessments for VeteransReview medical records before each examDocument exam findings using a streamlined web-based systemSubmit reports electronically within 24 hoursSupport disability claims for Veterans without providing treatment or prescriptions

Qualifications:

Required:

Masters or Doctorate in Audiology from an accredited program (CAA or ACAE)Active Audiologist license in Virginia (or compact state license)

Preferred:

Prior experience with VA disability or compensation examsBackground in clinical assessments
