Job Description

Category Therapy - Hospital - SLP Job Type Contract Exciting opportunities are available for professionals with expertise in both Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology to deliver high-quality therapy in a hospital setting. Work closely with Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) specialists as part of a collaborative audiology and rehabilitation care team.

Key Qualifications:
Doctoral degree in audiology (Au.

D.) required Demonstrated skill in hospital-based speech-language therapy and audiological practices Experience supporting ENT or audiology services in a clinical or hospital environment Current and valid state licensure (or eligibility) for both Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology Excellent organizational, assessment, and patient documentation abilities Strong communication skills for working with patients and interdisciplinary teams
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations for hearing and communication disorders Develop, implement, and monitor individualized patient care plans in conjunction with ENT physicians and allied health staff Administer therapy to improve speech, language, and auditory processing as medically indicated Use advanced audiological equipment and technology for patient assessment and intervention Provide patient and family education, counseling, and follow-ups on treatment and prevention strategies Maintain detailed clinical records and ensure compliance with hospital standards, policies, and best practices Participate in case conferences and contribute to ongoing team education
