Job Description

Category Schools - Audiologist Job Type Contract Embark on an impactful opportunity as an Audiologist serving students for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. This contract position is designed for highly skilled professionals eager to support educational access for students with hearing needs. You'll enjoy a flexible 3 to 4 day a week schedule, working within a collaborative and supportive school environment.
What We're Looking For:
Current ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certificate—required Master's or Doctorate degree in Audiology from an accredited program Valid state licensure as an Audiologist (or eligibility to obtain) Experience conducting hearing screenings, evaluations, and fitting/FM systems Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with teachers, students, and families Previous school-based or pediatric experience is highly desired Ability to adapt and problem-solve in dynamic learning settings
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive audiological assessments for students Interpret assessment results and develop individualized recommendations Administer and program hearing aids and assistive listening devices Consult with teachers and staff on classroom modifications and accommodations Participate in IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings Complete documentation and maintain thorough student records Engage families in understanding hearing challenges and solutions Offer in-services and training for staff as needed This is an exciting chance to make a difference while enjoying a balanced schedule and the chance to advance your career in a school-based setting.
