Job Description

Looking for more meaningful work? ELFE is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians and Early Childhood Teachers to work with young children with autism. Our technicians work inside a childcare classroom with typically developing peers so they can harness the power of inclusion. No directly related experience is required, we train the right person with an excellent work history in another field and an interest in working with children. Paid training is available at an adjusted training rate, and our team will help you obtain your RBT. This generally takes between 2-4 weeks. Responsibilities:
Will provide ABA therapy or classroom support to young children in an inclusive setting with typically developing peers Responsible for implementation of behavior-analytic services Will work with children on the autism spectrum May receive training in behavior analytic strategies to facilitate learning and positive behavior supports
Qualifications:
Must have a strong interest in the developmentally appropriate practice and an understanding of early childhood development Must have a passion for working with children and early education Must be able to work in a professional setting with young children Must have a valid ID and reliable transportation No degree required
