School-Based Role | Behavioral Support & Intervention We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students across grades K-8 by implementing evidence-based behavioral interventions that promote positive behavior, academic success, and social-emotional growth. Key Responsibilities Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and support staff to implement effective strategies Monitor, collect, and analyze data to track student progress and adjust interventions Provide training and ongoing support to staff on behavior management and ABA best practices Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state, federal, and district regulations Qualifications Active BCBA certification Experience working with K-8 students, preferably in a school setting Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines Knowledge of special education laws, ethical standards, and best practices Apply Now Submit your resume and BCBA certification to be considered.
