Job Description

Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Position Overview The BCBA will support students across grades K-8 by implementing evidence-based behavioral interventions that promote positive behavior, academic success, and social-emotional growth. Key Responsibilities Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and support staff to implement effective behavioral strategies Monitor, collect, and analyze data to evaluate student progress and adjust interventions as needed Provide training and ongoing support to staff on behavior management and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) practices Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state, federal, and district regulations Qualifications Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Experience working with school-aged children (K-8), preferably in an educational setting Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple cases and meet established deadlines Knowledge of special education laws, ethical standards, and best practices Schedule April through May 20 June 1, 2026 - June 30, 2026 August 10, 2026 - September 30, 2026 Apply today and someone from our team will reach out.
