Job Description
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Dothan, AL $15
- $18 an hour
- Part-time, Full-time $15

- Part-time, Full-time Job details The registered behavior technician supports and implements a patient care plan created by a board-certified behavior analyst. They provide ABA interventions that encourage socially acceptable replacement behaviors so clients can build and improve upon their communication, social interaction, and problem-solving skills. Skills/Requirements
- High School Diploma Required
- Active RBT License or the completion of 40-hour RBT training course from an accredited program within the last 30 days (Please do not apply without an active license)
- CPR certification
- Experience in ABA teaching methodologies such as Errorless Learning, First Trial Data, and Discrete Trial Training during a direct intervention or relevant
- General Knowledge of Information Technology, Networking and Office Equipment
- Computer literacy, specifically
MS Word, Excel, Job Duties:
Provide direct behavioral services to clients in individual and group sessions. Run skill acquisition programs with clients using Applied Behavior Analysis and Verbal Behavior Analysis. Complete program writing and maintain client's program book each session. Work with Board Certified Behavior Analysts and/or Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts to implement individualized treatment plans. Collect, graph, and maintain required data and maintain necessary treatment records. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; and participating in professional societies. Maintain and protect the well-being of all clients during treatment sessions and when emergency crisis situations arise. Provides in-home, community, and school educational and behavioral support. Maintains client records and confidentiality according to the Health Insurance Portability Accountability Act and other privacy laws. Provides parents with training and support. Promotes evidence-based treatments. Maintains certificates and licenses. All other duties as assigned or required. Attends any agency social or community event. Attend staff development training.
