Job Description

Category Schools - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Job Type Contract A contract opportunity is available for three full-time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide essential behavioral support services in school settings. These roles will focus on delivering individualized and small group interventions to students, primarily in elementary and middle school environments. Assignments will be based on candidate preferences, offering the chance to work in settings that best fit your expertise and interests.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement behavior intervention plans under supervision, using evidence-based ABA techniques Work directly with students in 1:1 or small group settings to promote positive behavior and skill development Collect accurate and timely data to monitor student progress and inform treatment adjustments Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other school staff to support student success Maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional and ethical standards
Qualifications:
Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Experience working with children in educational or therapeutic settings preferred Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a school team Flexibility to work across elementary and middle school grades based on placement needs Commitment to providing compassionate, individualized support for students with special behavioral needs
