Qualifications and Experience:

Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Experience working in school settings preferred Ability to implement behavior intervention plans effectively Strong communication skills for collaboration with educators and families Flexibility to work with either elementary or middle school students based on assignment

Deliver direct behavior therapy and intervention services to students Collect and document data related to student progress Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other staff to support individualized education goals Support social, academic, and behavioral development in school environments Maintain professional and ethical standards in all interactions
