Ideal Qualifications:
Hold current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Experience working with school-aged children preferred Strong collaboration and communication skills Adaptability and flexibility across school environments Commitment to professional growth and student successResponsibilities:
Manage a caseload of approximately 7 students needing BCBA services Cover cases across 5 schools within the district Develop and implement effective behavioral intervention plans Collaborate with team members, school staff, and families Provide progress monitoring and data-driven reporting No RBT supervision required at this timeBenefits and Perks:
