Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Exciting opportunity for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to make a real difference in a supportive educational environment during the 2026-2027 school year! This onsite, contract assignment invites you to work closely with staff, students, and families in a school-based setting near Fort Smith, AR. You'll design and implement effective behavior intervention plans, conduct assessments, and offer guidance that positively impacts the lives of students.
Key Qualifications:
Active BCBA certification Experience in schools or pediatric settings strongly preferred Strong assessment, data analysis, and record-keeping skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Commitment to evidence-based practices and ethical standards
Role Responsibilities:
Develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans for students Conduct functional behavior assessments and present findings to IEP teams Provide training, consultation, and support to educators, staff, and families Monitor progress, collect data, and adjust strategies as needed Participate in team meetings, offering expertise in behavior management Maintain thorough documentation while adhering to all regulations and privacy requirements This position offers a rewarding schedule aligning with the academic year, running from August through late May.
