Job Description

Behavior Technician Job Location:
Hot Springs National Park, AR Let's Play ABA is hiring a Behavior Technicians to join our growing team! We are a new company in the Garland county area looking for members that would like an opportunity to learn first then grow in a rewarding career in ABA therapy. We are looking for compassionate and caring individuals who enjoy working with children with Autism. Behavior Technicians are responsible for assisting in the treatment of children with autism and must have the compassion and drive to grow in a life long career .
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent Energetic and ready to PLAY! Experience working with Children. Open to starting part time to grow in the field and dedicated to flexible schedule to serve each child's needs and hours. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation is required for this position. Must be able to lift 40 pounds or more, bend, squat, kneel, and stand for long periods of time. Experience working with children is required. We will train on Autism specific intervention ! Ability to communicate effectively with clients, parents, and staff.

A natural curiosity about people, animals, and the natural world.

Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask. Comfortable working in a team environment. Motivated to learn ABA interventions and willing to test to become a registered RBT within 120 days of employment.
Duties include:
Collecting data about behaviors. The drive to learn and teach through play. Study of ABA Strong ethics and the ability to learn and uphold the RBT code of ethics. Observing and recording information on client's notes and logs.

Observing behavior progress throughout the day.

Assisting with activities with clients.

Preparing reports about observations and data.
Job Type:
Part-time Pay:
$14.00 - $20.00 per hour
