ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the 2026-2027 school year in Hot Springs, AR. This full-time role focuses on supporting students with behavioral needs by developing and implementing effective, evidence-based interventions in a collaborative school setting.
Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 3:30
PM Compensation & Benefits:
Hourly pay range: $46-52/hour (based on experience and qualifications) Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision) 401(k) options Weekly pay Professional support and development opportunities
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and analyze behavioral data Develop, implement, and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Provide direct and consultative behavioral support to students Train and support teachers, paraprofessionals, and staff on behavior strategies and interventions Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student success Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed Ensure compliance with state, federal, and district regulations Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Active Arkansas licensure (or ability to obtain, if required) Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred How to
