Job Description
BCBA We're hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who's ready to take on a meaningful clinical role supporting clients, technicians, and families. This position includes conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, supervising RBTs, collaborating across disciplines, and supporting program quality. Ideal candidates bring a passion for naturalistic teaching and a commitment to compassionate, evidence-based care. Grow your clinical skills while making a lasting impact on client outcomes. Conduct initial and ongoing assessments using appropriate tools (e.g. VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, functional behavior assessments). Develop individualized treatment plans that guide evidence-based interventions and daily data collection Provide training and oversight of interventions implemented by BT/RBT team Engage in data-driven decision making to support client progress through timely protocol modification Assist Lead BCBA with initial and ongoing training for BT/RBT team Collaborate with caregivers and other professionals (e.g. Teachers, SLPs, OTs, PTs) to align goals and support generalization Complete clinical documentation promptly Participate in continuing education and other organizational meetings Adhere to company values and strives to provide compassionate care Maintain confidentiality as outlined by HIPPA and upholds BACB ethical standards Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field. Current certification as a BCBA in good standing with the BACB. 2 or more years of experience working in the field of behavior analysis with children on the autism spectrum Strong analytical and communication skills Experience with natural environment teaching Ability to pass background checks Ability to pass drug testing - this is a safety sensitive position Equal Opportunity Employer.
