When you join us, you can expect: Competitive compensation packages Professional development opportunities A supportive and collaborative work environment The chance to make a real difference Requirements Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Current CPR and First Aid certification (reimbursement provided) Valid Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card (Non-IVP) Completion of TB screening prior to start Reliable transportation Proof of active auto insurance Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred Previous experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities preferred Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Position Overview As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work directly with clients, implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will provide one-on-one therapy using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques, collect data on client progress, and assist with behavior support plans.
