Note:
This is an entry-level position. Training will be provided. Position Overview Join our team as a Behavior Technician and make a difference in the lives of individuals with autism! As a Behavior Technician, you will work directly with clients, implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will provide one-on-one therapy, support social groups, use Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques, collect data on client progress, and assist with behavior support plans. This is a rewarding opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of individuals with autism. We are seeking candidates who are passionate about working with individuals with autism and have a strong desire to make a positive impact. If you have previous experience in this field or possess knowledge of ABA principles, we encourage you to apply.
