We combine play-based learning, sensory exploration, and social-emotional development in a fun, engaging environment. Our unique model blends preschool + ABA therapy , allowing children of all abilities to learn and grow together. ABA services are guided by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and implemented in natural, play-based settings. Why This Role is Unique This is not a typical clinic-based position . As a Behavior Technician, you will: Work within a preschool classroom and play environment Support children through naturalistic, play-based ABA strategies Be part of a collaborative, supportive team Help children build communication, social, and independence skills in real-life settings Position Overview We are looking for compassionate, motivated individuals who are passionate about working with children and eager to grow in the field of ABA and early childhood education. Key Responsibilities Provide 1:1 ABA support within a preschool/play-based environment Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision Support communication, social, and daily living skills Use play and natural routines as teaching opportunities Assist with transitions, peer interactions, and classroom participation Collect data and maintain accurate session notes Collaborate with teachers, leadership, and clinical team What We're Looking For ✔ Patient, nurturing, and engaging ✔ Strong communication skills (written & verbal) ✔ Organized and able to multitask ✔ Team-oriented and dependable ✔ Comfortable with technology and data collection ✔ Passion for working with children of all abilities ✔ Willingness to learn and grow in ABA Requirements Must be 18+ with reliable transportation AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card (or willing to obtain) CPR/First Aid Certification (or willing to obtain) Must complete 40-hour RBT training and pass the RBT exam (paid by company) Willing to support classroom activities and enrichment as needed Compensation & Benefits Compensation is based on experience and education.
