We deliver expert, compassionate, child-centered care in homes, schools, and community settings—scheduled to support both families and clinicians. BCBA Responsibilities Provide direct and indirect supervision to BTs/RBTs Design, review, and update ABA curriculum and behavior intervention plans Analyze data and implement data-driven program changes Review session notes and clinical reports Provide parent and staff training on an ongoing basis Collaborate with administrative staff to maintain clinical quality Qualifications Master's degree required Active BCBA certification LBA required Experience working with children on the autism spectrum
