Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), where you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality behavioral health services to individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. In this engaging position, you will develop and implement individualized treatment plans grounded in applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles, ensuring meaningful progress and improved quality of life for your clients. Your expertise will guide families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams through comprehensive assessments and tailored interventions, fostering positive behavioral change in a compassionate and supportive environment. Duties Conduct thorough intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine client needs and develop personalized treatment strategies. Design, implement, and supervise evidence-based ABA interventions to promote skill development and reduce problematic behaviors. Collect, analyze, and document behavioral data meticulously to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly. Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, educators, and medical professionals to ensure consistency across all settings. Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and support staff to maintain high standards of patient care. Maintain accurate medical records, ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations, and document all clinical activities clearly in medical documentation systems. Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with advances in behavioral health, medical terminology, and diagnostic evaluation techniques. Requirements Valid certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or equivalent credential. Proven experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism spectrum disorder. Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and data collection methods. Familiarity with special education practices and working within behavioral health frameworks. Ability to perform patient assessments, conduct diagnostic evaluations, and interpret medical records accurately. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and providing family training. Commitment to patient care excellence while adhering to HIPAA standards for confidentiality and privacy. Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to behavioral health settings is preferred. $32.00 - $40.00 per hour
