Job Description

Category Schools - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding role supporting students in schools as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). This contract position offers the chance to make a real impact in young learners' lives by delivering crucial behavioral support and interventions. You'll work collaboratively with educators and behavior analysts, ensuring that every student has the tools they need to succeed academically and socially.
Desired Qualifications:
Current RBT credential from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in a school, clinic, or educational setting Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques and data collection Effective verbal and written communication skills Success working as part of a collaborative team Strong organizational skills and adaptability in dynamic environments
Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one and group behavioral interventions to students under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Collect and record data on targeted behaviors and intervention outcomes Implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and support behavioral goals as outlined by supervising staff Communicate regularly with team members to report progress, challenges, and updates Adapt intervention strategies based on ongoing feedback and data Support students in classroom, playground, and other school settings as needed Imagine each day bringing new opportunities to foster positive change for students, while growing your own skills alongside supportive colleagues.
