We're looking for Behavior Technicians who are dependable, growth-minded, and committed to making a real impact in the families they support. You'll be supporting families in-home and in the community across Orange County, including Anaheim, Santa Ana, Fullerton, Orange and surrounding areas. Role Overview This role is ideal for someone who wants to build strong, hands-on experience in ABA while working closely with a BCBA in a supportive, structured environment. You'll provide direct 1:1 therapy to children, implement individualized treatment plans, and play a key role in each child's progress. What You'll Be Doing Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home and community settings Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior interventions Support skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs Collect accurate data and maintain high-quality session notes Follow BCBA guidance and apply feedback in real time Maintain professional, clear communication with families and team members Create a structured, engaging, and consistent session environment Minimum Requirements RBT Certification Minimum 1 year of experience working with children in a structured setting (ABA, education, childcare, or similar) Ability to follow structured plans and maintain consistency across sessions Strong communication skills and professionalism with families Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally Availability for consistent weekday afternoon/evening hours Preferred Qualifications Direct ABA experience and familiarity with in-home services Working knowledge of ABA principles (reinforcement, prompting, behavior strategies) Experience with data collection and session documentation Ability to work independently while staying aligned with BCBA direction Interest in growing within the field of ABA Why Care Cove Consistent, manageable schedules Hands-on BCBA support and mentorship Clear expectations and structured guidance Opportunity for growth within the field of ABA A team that values quality care; not just hours If you take pride in your work, value consistency, and want to grow in the field of ABA, we'd love to connect.
