FULLTIME BEHVIOR TECHNICIANS!

As a Behavior Technician (BT), you'll work directly with clients, providing evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to help them achieve their fullest potential. Your Role as a
BT:
As a BT, you'll work directly with clients, implementing individualized ABA therapy plans designed by a BCBA.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing 1:1 therapy to clients with autism and other developmental disabilities. Implementing behavior intervention plans to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors. Collecting and recording data to track progress. Collaborating with families and team members to support client goals.

Education :
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus!).
Passion :
A genuine desire to help others and make a positive impact.
Flexibility :
Ability to adapt to the needs of each client and setting.
Dependability :
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Job Types:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
