Your Role:
Develop, implement, and oversee ABA treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Provide clinical supervision and guidance to Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Behavior Consultants Monitor client progress, analyze data, and adjust treatment plans as needed Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to support client outcomes
Requirements:
Active BCBA certification Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, or a related field Clinical experience preferred; new BCBAs are encouraged to apply
