Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract This opportunity is for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide specialized supervision support in a school setting in Berkeley, CA. This part-time, contract role focuses exclusively on BCBA supervision, offering flexible hours that fit within a limited monthly commitment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide BCBA supervision through observation, feedback, and ongoing support Support and guide an on-site Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) working two days per week Conduct in-person observations of RBT sessions and deliver constructive, actionable feedback Collaborate with school staff to ensure adherence to behavior intervention plans and best practices
Qualifications:
Current BCBA certification required Experience providing BCBA supervision and training to RBTs in educational environments Strong skills in observation, data-driven feedback, and behavioral intervention strategies Ability to commit approximately 4 hours per month for supervision duties

Berkeley, California - work on-site for observations and collaboration at the school
