Job Description

Category Schools - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Job Type Contract A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is needed for a contract position supporting students in a school setting in the San Francisco Bay Area, located near Berkeley, CA. This role requires providing direct behavioral support to students under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The ideal candidate will have experience implementing behavior intervention plans, data collection, and strong communication skills to collaborate with school staff and families.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement behavior intervention plans designed by BCBAs Collect and accurately record behavioral data Provide one-on-one support to students to promote positive behavior and skill acquisition Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to ensure consistent behavioral strategies Maintain professional and ethical standards in all interactions
Qualifications:
Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Experience working in school settings preferred Ability to follow behavior plans and collect detailed data Strong interpersonal and communication skills Commitment to supporting students with diverse needs
Location:
San Francisco Bay Area, specifically near Berkeley, CA This contract role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the educational experience of students requiring behavioral support.
