In this role, you will provide hands-on support using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to help clients build communication, social, and daily living skills. Pay Structure RBT Certified:
Starting at $25/hour
Bachelor's Degree:
Starting at $24/hour High School Diploma (No Certification): Starting at $20/hour Responsibilities Implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on ABA principles to promote skill development and reduce problematic behaviors Collect, record, and analyze data on client behaviors to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments Support clients during therapy sessions, ensuring a safe, positive, and encouraging environment Assist with patient assessments, intake procedures, and diagnostic evaluations to help develop tailored treatment strategies Maintain accurate medical documentation, including progress notes, behavior logs, and treatment records in compliance with HIPAA regulations Collaborate closely with supervisors, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistency in care delivery Participate in ongoing training on behavioral health topics, medical terminology, and best practices for working with individuals with disabilities What We're Looking For Reliable, patient, and professional Strong communication skills Comfortable working with children High school diploma required Bachelor's degree preferred (Psychology, Education, or related field) Preferred (Not Required) RBT certification Experience in ABA or behavioral health Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities What We Offer Paid training Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Sick Time Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Flexible scheduling Career growth opportunities (RBT, Lead
