This role involves working directly with students—either one-on-one or in classroom environments—to implement behavior support strategies and promote positive outcomes. Responsibilities Implement behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA Provide direct support to students in 1:1 or classroom settings Collect and document behavioral data Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff Attend team meetings and training sessions Apply CPI techniques to manage and de-escalate behaviors Ensure student safety and well-being Benefits Referral program Professional development assistance Paid CPI training In-person work at local school sites The ideal candidate will have experience in the Behavioral Support Field, and working with Children as a Behavior Tech or Related field( Paraprofessional, Classroom Support, Behavioral Health, Direct Support, Caregiving, Instructional Aide, etc.) How to
