Pay:
$24.00 - $29.00 per hour Employee Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO), Paid Holidays, and wage increases Medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance benefits 401k Retirement Plan Drive time and mileage reimbursement Opportunity to act as a mentor to new hire behavior technicians and support them through their onboarding Opportunity to participate in and develop quarterly professional development programing for behavior technicians Local, physical office with on-site clinical management available for regular mentoring and support Lead RBTs will be able to obtain supervision hours towards their BCBA certification, including PAID Non-Restricted hours Job Duties Support new hire training by delivering training content, modeling, and facilitating role plays and providing constructive feedback to newly hired team members. Provide direct intervention across center-based settings. Utilize evidence based Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions Collecting, organizing, and summarizing behavioral data related to the child's treatment goals. Provide mentorship, on-going training, and support to The Stepping Stones Group ABA Behavior Technicians in assigned office. Assist Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)/Clinical Supervisors with program development and administrative needs as assigned. 6-month commitment to consistent and dependable attendance, as well as responsive and timely communication, is essential to the role. Requirements Availability from 8:00am - 400pm Monday to Friday required Possess an active Bachelor's degree Enrollment in a Master's program that meets BACB requirements to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) strongly preferred Prior experience as a lead Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and in program writing and direct intervention for individuals with autism spectrum disorders (ASD). Demonstrate strong interpersonal, collaborative, organizational, and leadership skills Commitment to cultural competency in a diverse and inclusive work environment Valid MA driver's license and reliable transportation Bilingual Spanish and/or Portuguese preferred About Community Autism Services, a division of The Stepping Stones Group The Stepping Stones Group grew from a simple belief: That every child is born with a special set of gifts.
