Job Summary Job Summary Under general direction, this individual will provide consultation, support and advisory services to teachers, administrators, parents and staff. The BCBA will assist in administration and coordination of positive behavior support for all students and actively participate in the development and implementation of programs and practices relative to the management of students who have difficulties engaging in socially appropriate behavior patterns. The BCBA will conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and plan, organize, coordinate and provide consultative and direct behavior intervention services.
Education and Experience:
Any combination of training, experience and/or education equivalent to graduation from an accredited college or university with a Master's degree in a related field such as psychology or behavior analysis and experience providing behavior support in schools.
