Education Behavior Consultants (EBC) is seeking a School-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team. We are also open to considering strong Behavior Technician (BT) candidates, though RBT certification is preferred . At EBC, we believe great ABA starts with great people. We are committed to providing meaningful, ethical, and compassionate support to students, families, and school teams. We are looking for someone who is not only clinically strong, but who also leads with professionalism, collaboration, and a genuine passion for helping students succeed. This is a school-based position and candidates must have consistent availability Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM . What You'll Do In this role, you will provide direct behavior support services to students within a school setting while working closely with supervisors, school staff, and other members of the educational team.
Responsibilities may include:
Implementing individualized behavior intervention and skill-acquisition plans Supporting students with behavior reduction, communication, social skills, and adaptive functioning Collecting accurate data and completing session documentation in a timely manner Collaborating with school staff and EBC supervisors to support student progress Maintaining professionalism and representing EBC positively on campus Following behavior support plans with consistency, compassion and clinical integrity

Preferred Qualifications:
Current RBT certification preferred BT candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply Experience working with children in school, clinic, or home-based settings Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with a team and receive feedback well Professional, dependable, and organized Passion for supporting students with diverse needs
Schedule Requirements:
Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM availability required Exceptional attendance practices is an absolute must This role follows a school-based calendar , which includes scheduled school breaks and holidays.
