Full Job Description Description:
Education Behavior Consultants (EBC) is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) and Behavior Technicians (BT) for our clinic-based afternoon sessions . A BT is anyone who is early in their ABA journey (or switching into the field) and wants a team that will train, support, and help them grow into a strong clinician. An RBT is anyone that has passed the certification exam and loves building real rapport, keeping sessions structured and upbeat, and being part of a team. Schedule & Availability (Important): Part-time role Afternoon availability a plus (after-school hours) Exceptional attendance habits are a must Room to grow: opportunities for more hours as your skills and schedule expand
What You'll Do:
Work 1:1 with clients in a clinic setting using ABA principles Implement skill-building programs and behavior support strategies under supervision Collect session data and help track progress toward goals Support clients with communication, social skills, daily living skills, and regulation Collaborate with supervisors and teammates to keep sessions consistent and high-quality Maintain professionalism, safety, and client dignity at all times Training & Support We don't hire people and toss them into the deep end. You'll receive: Onboarding and hands-on coaching Ongoing supervision and feedback Clear expectations and support to build confidence quickly A pathway toward RBT certification (if that's your goal) and supervision hours
Requirements:
