As a Behavior Interventionist, you'll work in a collaborative, supportive environment where your professional growth is valued just as much as the students you serve. At ABC, you'll receive ongoing training, mentorship, and hands-on support while building meaningful skills for a long-term career in Applied Behavior Analysis. What You'll Do Provide direct ABA services to students in school and home settings Implement evidence-based interventions using positive reinforcement Support development of communication, social, and adaptive skills Collect and track student progress data Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development Collaborate closely with BCBAs and Field Trainers for coaching and support What We OfferCompetitive Compensation $22
