We're looking for a BCBA with experience working with toddlers and adolescents with developmental delays, particularly in the home environment. You'll need strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in both independent and collaborative settings. We value work-life balance and offer flexibility. Since our services are provided in-home, if the required duties are completed on time your schedule will be for the most part up to you. You'll still work closely with a fun and supportive team, bouncing ideas around and learning from each other.

Responsibilities:

Train and guide our Behavior Specialists in implementing the ABA program. Provide In-home supervision and parent training to assigned children when scheduled Review individual goals and progress for assigned children. Develop treatment plans, maintain records, and write progress reports. Create materials to support treatment goals. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and the Clinical Director.

Qualifications:

Must hold a minimum of a master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology or related field Valid California Driver's License Experience in working with children on the spectrum Must hold a current and valid BCBA Certification The Benefits Package that Grows with
